Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the VolleyFirst platform (“Platform”), operated by VolleyFirst / All Nations (“we”, “us”, “our”), a UK-based sports organisation. By registering an account or submitting an application through the Platform you agree to these Terms in full.

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account on the Platform. By completing the onboarding process and confirming your date of birth you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where the age requirement is not met.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

Submitting an application to an event does not guarantee a place. Applications are subject to review and approval by VolleyFirst administrators. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Once an application is approved you will be notified by email and, where a fee applies, directed to complete payment within the deadline shown in your dashboard. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in your place being withdrawn.

Where an event requires a participation fee, payment is processed securely via Stripe. All amounts are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method upon checkout.

Payment is due by the deadline communicated at the time of approval. We do not store full card details — all card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific event and is communicated at the time of application. Where a refund is granted it will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times are typically 5–10 business days, subject to your card issuer.

If we cancel or significantly alter an event we will contact you by email and offer a full refund where payment has been made.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or attempt to introduce malicious code.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to VolleyFirst and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VolleyFirst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
